Visitors to your blog can ask questions or tell you about their experiences dealing with your company. Whether the comments are positive or negative, you need to know what your customers' experience is like. That way, you can make changes to your customer service policies as appropriate.

Once your customers know that their concerns are being heard and addressed, they are more likely to buy from you. While you should always be looking to increase your customer base, it shouldn't be at the expense of ignoring the needs of your core group of customers. Take the time to build up a rapport with your customers, and they will come back to buy from you over and over.
